RAMS Consulting was originally founded in 2003 as a Limited Liability Corporation filed in the state of California. Although, the actual entity was created in 2003 the history for the company goes to 1999, during the growth of outsourcing business and a move towards sevice oriented architecture. The company took many shapes from 1999 to 2003; Software Outsourcing, Import & Export, HASec Systems, iRoboToys, Game4Game.com, and finally RAMS Consulting.

RAMS Consulting was a family owned company aimed at building relationships and providing a family like work environment to all employees. We slowly developed a huge network for family friends thinking on the same lines of providing quality and innvoative services. Around 2004, the growth of the company - because of the unstoppable vision - became more than expected and thus we had to slam the brakes to continue our dedication and commitment towards our respective employers. This fun-filled innovative company now is a hibernating company with a dream that some day, we will have financial freedom to provide quality services to our customers.
